QUICK CALL
We like to start with a quick complimentary phone call to make sure we can meet your needs and expectations. This will help us better understand what type of service you require and only takes a few minutes.
CONSULTATION
Laurie will visit your home to do a walkthrough with you to determine the scope of your project, discuss some ideas and budget and create a design summary.
SPACE PLANNING/DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We develop a concept that includes but is not limited to: space planning, furniture placement and selections, colour schemes, material selections, window coverings, lighting and whatever else may be required to complete a fabulous design.
RENDERINGS AND INSPIRATION BOARD
We can provide photorealistic renderings and inspiration boards to accompany a design proposal which allows you to fully visualize the space before any work begins.
EXECUTION
Once designs, proposals and quotes are finalized with your approvals, we’ll procure all of the products & materials required to complete the project. This may be a combination of a very productive ’shopping trip’ to showrooms and placing orders based on approved finishes.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A project manager will oversee the execution of the project, from beginning to end, to ensure that the products & people involved are where they need to be, when they need to be. We’ll prepare schedules for you which outline the work to be done with firm start and finish dates. Frequent communication will ensure that you’re informed every step of the way.
